Todd Straley is a first-generation cotton farmer and CEO of Quarterway Cotton Growers, a cotton gin in Plainview, Texas, dedicated to bridging the gap between cotton growers and the global textile supply chain. Todd champions regenerative agriculture as a place-based, practical approach to responsibly managing natural resources by tailoring cropping systems and soil-building practices to the needs of the land and realities of modern agriculture. On his West Texas farm, he grows a diverse rotation of cotton, wheat, oats, triticale, rye, milo, corn, and radishes to enhance soil health, water retention, and long-term production. Under Todd’s leadership, Quarterway Cotton Growers has positioned itself as a forward-thinking partner to brands and retailers seeking greater transparency and traceability to the farm level. In addition to his work on the farm, Todd lends his voice to multiple boards and initiatives supporting the U.S. cotton industry and sustainable agriculture across the Texas High Plains, including the National Cotton Council and Plains Cotton Growers. A proud Texas Tech alum, Todd brings deep-rooted perspective and bold optimism to the evolving conversation around regenerative cotton production.
