Sandra Joyce serves as Product Sustainability and Impact lead at J.Crew Group. Sandra focuses on programs including the brands’ sustainable material use, Fair Trade, Circularity, Impact reporting and strategy. J.Crew Group is committed to working towards having 100% of their key fibers sustainably sourced. As part of this effort, Sandra manages the Regenerative Agriculture program focused on driving regenerative cotton farming at scale.
