Jeanine Ballone is a visionary fashion executive and systems thinker building the infrastructure for a smarter, more transparent global fashion industry. With over 30 years of leadership across product development, sourcing, and sustainability, she is known for driving strategic transformation and unlocking solutions that scale. As CEO and Founder of World Collective, Jeanine leads a women-led, international team on a mission to redesign how brands and suppliers connect, collaborate, and trade. At the heart of this work is the World Collective Marketplace—a digital sourcing ecosystem operating across the Americas, Europe, and Asia that empowers brands to source innovative, low-impact textiles directly from verified suppliers. The platform is supported by circularity programs and global activations that center digital transformation, equity, traceability, and access. Under Jeanine’s leadership, World Collective is making it clear: smart sourcing is the solution for the much needed change in the system. She also serves as Sustainability Editor at PAGE Magazine, where she contributes thought leadership on next-gen materials, digital transformation, and policy trends shaping the global supply chain. Previously, Jeanine held VP & executive roles at PVH, where she led global product development and sustainability initiatives across brands including Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Her international experience—particularly in India, Turkey, and Germany—has shaped her deep understanding of the supply chain’s complexity and opportunity. She is the former Managing Director of Fashion 4 Development (F4D), aligning industry innovation with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, and the founder of Zero to Hero, a nonprofit advocating for safer working conditions for women and children in rural cotton communities. With patented innovations and high-impact initiatives to her name, Jeanine continues to challenge the industry to think bigger, move faster, and do better.
